At MJC LAW we have built a system which protects your home.
We have built strategic relationships with the Citizens Advice Bureau and other local and national organisations. We have over 25 years of experience representing people protecting their homes. We have built a skill set to best protect your home if you are facing eviction due to rent arrears or facing repossession due to mortgage arrears.
Our vision is that after engaging our system you will have protected your home, and you will be in a better position to avoid problems in the future. Through our strategic relationships with the Citizens Advice Bureau and other organisations we can arrange an adviser to negotiate with your Housing Association, Council or your mortgage lender on your behalf so you don’t need to. We can represent you at Court, so you don’t need to attend. We can support you in maximising your income by claiming the benefits to which you are entitled.
By maximising your income and protecting your home we are contributing to a better Renfrewshire (and beyond).
We can offer a Legal Aid service (terms and conditions apply).
Private landlord tenancies are regulated by a different set of rules. We specialise in Council tenancies and Housing Association tenancies and cannot take on private landlord tenancies.
We are based in Paisley and represent our clients at Paisley Sheriff Court.
